Pricing
You accept the commission terms in your dashboard before stay inquiries reach you, and the rate in force when an inquiry arrives is the rate that applies to it.

Quite possibly. Many properties are added because operators already use them in itineraries. After you sign up, search for yours and claim it with a code sent to the property's official email address, or by uploading proof of ownership. If it isn't there, add it with the property wizard.
Only to stays booked from a stay inquiry a traveller sent you through SafariFind. Listing your property, using the dashboard, connecting Beds24 and being contacted directly by tour operators cost nothing.
When the guest pays through SafariFind, the 10% is taken before your payout. If the guest books with you directly after an inquiry, you mark the inquiry as booked and receive an invoice for the commission.
